FUNDRAISING AUCTION


Grab a bidder number and raise your hand for the park! The park’s most significant fundraising event of the year is our annual Benefit Auction, held on the fourth Saturday of August in the Apple Barn at Valle Crucis Conference Center.

SAVE THE DATE: The 2019 auction will be held on Saturday, August 24. Registration, breakfast, and item preview will open at 9 a.m. This year’s event will include a silent auction and tag sale. Our expert auctioneers, Jessie Miller and Anne Rasheed, will kick off the live auction at 9:30 a.m. 

We collect donations for the auction year-round. Gift certificates and merchandise from local businesses, as well as art, antiques, and other auction-worthy items from individuals always are welcome and encouraged.

The auction runs smoothly because of a team of dedicated volunteers. Volunteers are needed throughout the year to plan the event and solicit donations. To donate items or volunteer for the auction, please contact us.
